To-do and Measurable Data in Feedback Conversations

As a part of a Quarterly Conversation and Annual Review, Managers review their direct reports Rocks. Now, instead of just Rocks, they can view more performance data.

This information will appear for a Quarterly Conversation IF the "Formal" option is turned on, and any Annual Review. The "Rocks" section has been re-named "Performance Data" and it appears right below the Rock details:

The To-do chart shows ALL to-dos assigned to that person, no matter what team they are on. It will calculate all To-do's created in the time frame selected as the "Period Start" and "Period End" date, editable in the top right of the section.

The measurables also show all measurables assigned to the person being reviewed, and they are filtered by period interval, defaulting to weekly.

Let us know what you think! Another couple things that were launched in this release was an update to the Rocks and Scorecard printing, along with a quick action in Quarterly and Annual meetings to Clone incomplete Rocks to Long Term issues, and archive all Rocks.
