As you have seen over the past couple of months, our application has been getting an update page by page to our 4.0 tech stack. We are now ready to release the Data and Meetings pages!
Alongside the increase in speed and stability, you will find the following new features!
MeetingsWhat do we love about the new meetings update?
- It's faster: Each new page you visit within a meeting wont refresh the entire page.
- It's stronger: More stable and easier to save.
- It's elevated: Additional feature upgrades outlined below.
Meeting Timer Updates
When running your meeting, above the timer you will see the overall time your meeting has been running with the section time to the right. When leaving a section, the time you spent there will show to the left of the scheduled time in gray.
Issues Solved TrackingTrack Issues Solved both in past meetings, and in the Meeting Recap Email! "Solved Issues" are issues that are marked as done during a meeting (just like Headlines).
Rocks, To-Dos and Issues Details UpdatedNow all of the great features that have been on the Rocks, To-do's and Issues pages like, attachments, formatting and Milestones are visible during a meeting. You can even see Rocks on Multiple Teams within a meeting now!
Shuffle Meeting Attendees
And our last one is just for fun🎉 Change up the order in which your team rates the meeting with the Shuffle Users button on Conclude!
Need to see Measurable Totals? Activate the totals column in Settings (just like the average column) to see the total of the visible measurables.
You can now view more of your data at one time by changing the amount of weeks you would like to view on your Scorecard.
Turning a measurable into an Issue? Now the description will have your goal and last 3 weeks/months worth of data to view in the description to give your Issue more context! Just use the More Actions button.
